About Us
Parametric Test Solutions (PTS) was created and founded by Bill Scharlau in 2009. Before founding PTS, Scharlau worked for Agilent Technologies as a senior Applications/Systems Engineer for 14 years. He traveled around the world demonstrating the Agilent test systems capabilities and has worked closely with dozens of semi-conductor facilities to make their testing methodologies faster, smarter and better. It was during this time that he met other engineers with the same competitive drive for excellence. Combined, PTS has nearly 70 years of experience in the areas of device physics, software design, engineering, and applications, in addition to having access to the world's best test and measurement consultants.
At PTS, we're a handful of experts working for one goal. Our response time to resolving your device measurement problems, test floor issues, or application customizations is our priority. If more intense work is needed, we don't hesitate to meet and work on your floor with your engineers until the job is done.
